Who
Nabd FZC (Ajman, United Arab Emirates) runs the waitlist and is responsible for your data. Write to info@nabdapp.ae.
What we collect
When you press Join: your email address, which of the four descriptions you picked (broker, developer, buying or renting, just curious), the language of the page, where you arrived from (a referrer or a campaign tag, never your browsing history), and the time. Nothing else. No cookies are set by this site.
Why
To email you once when Nabd launches in Ajman, and a few updates before that, never more than one a month. Pressing Join under the line that says so is your consent. We do not sell or share the list.
Where it is kept
Two processors hold it on our behalf: Supabase (our database, hosted in the EU) and Resend (which sends the emails, EU region). Both act only on our instructions.
How long
Until launch plus twelve months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner. Then it is deleted.
Your choices
Every update email carries an unsubscribe link. To be removed at any time, or to ask what we hold about you, reply to any of our emails or write to info@nabdapp.ae. We answer within a week.
